  1. Choose the service which you wish
  2. Make your request with the « request for services » form
  3. We can visit you at your home, without charge, in order to evaluate your needs
  4. We carry out the search, with no charge or obligation
  5. Hiring of the candidate as either your employee or the employee of Alamaison.ch(according to how you wish to do so).
  6. Follow-up of the service

AlaMaison.ch is the employer, we take care of everything :

  • Evaluation of needs
  • Selection and control of prior references for your peace of mind
  • Presentation of a caregiver who is nearest to your home
  • Handling of all administrative requirements and social contributions
  • Personalised follow-up
  • Management and control of the hours spent at your home
  • Replacement of the caregiver in case of absence, illness, time off…
  • Service available at your home in 3 to 5 days or less than 48 hours in case of emergency
  • Invoicing according to the chosen formula and hourly report
  • Flexibility and adaptability of services depending on your needs
  • Quick tunraround with a price-quote in less than 48 hours.
  • 2 hours minimum assignments (except housekeeping 3 hours, and tutoring 1 hours)
PAYMENT 
CHF 200.00 (before VAT) if a member. To be paid at the latest on the 1st day of work.
Invoices payable in 10 days.
